Emma Turley


Emma has been with the business from 2007, starting as a trainee claims handler Emma then progressed to Accounts for a number of years before taking up the post as Group Health & Wellbeing Officer. Emma is responsible for the co-ordination, support and advice to the group businesses relating to the Health & Safety of all employees by establishing, managing and monitoring standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety are adhered to through regular assessment, management and proactive action. Emma is also a key performer in proactively building, leading, developing and co-ordinating HR initiatives with the aim to enhance the engagement, productivity and well-being of staff through a wide range of HR Empowerment, Engagement and Inspiration strategies.
