As IT Director at CRASH Services, Steve is responsible for ensuring information security and data protection requirements are met, leading on infrastructure management and software development management. As well as general project management and oversight of various IT initiatives within the company, Steve works closely with all department leaders to align IT goals with the company’s broader mission and vision.
Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, ensuring the effective management of both technical and operational IT systems and oversees the IT department and support functions, ensuring that internal user issues are addressed and resolved promptly and effectively.
Steve joined the team at CRASH Services January 2017, having previously worked in a range of sectors including insurance, stockbroking and software development as well as the NHS and brings considerable experience in a wide range of IT systems, networking, telecommunications and service management to his role.
