Rosanne began working in CRASH Services in 2015 and has now progressed to Senior Claims Handler helping her team and assisting customers who have been involved in an accident in an efficient and easy manner. Rosanne prides herself on providing excellent customer service at all times and enjoys helping our customers through difficult and stressful times for them.
In October 2023, Rosanne assumed the position of Claims Team Trainer, where her primary responsibility is to provide training and development support to our Claims Team.
