As Marketing Director, Paula is responsible for leading, planning, developing and managing CRASH Services’ marketing, communication and digital strategies. Her role focuses on driving brand awareness, supporting the company’s long-term vision, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Paula oversees the marketing team and is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, while closely analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
Paula’s marketing career spans over two decades, during which she has held leadership roles in multiple industries and been responsible for the growth of various prominent brands and companies across Ireland.
Paula adopts a goal orientated approach and strategic mindset and is highly motivated and determined to deliver on every project. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Studies with a Diploma in Industrial Studies and furthered this learning with numerous additional qualification. These include Diplomas in Digital Marketing, Social Media & Online Management, Advanced Digital Marketing, Advanced Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Enterprise Development and a Google accreditation.
Paula is also an accredited Member (MCIM) and Chartered Marketer (CMktr) of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has completed the Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing, reflecting her commitment to marketing excellence and continuous professional development.
