Background
Michelle gained her education at the University of Ulster and Queens University Belfast.  Following this Michelle worked in both commercial and general practice law, her interest in business and operations lead her to the role of Head of Operations and HR with CRASH Services.

Michelle gained a significant HR accreditation in 2021 becoming a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.

Approach

4 Day Week
Michelle has been instrumental in developing and implementing our 4-day working week which all the team at CRASH Services benefit from.  A 4-day working week with full pay and benefits has enhanced the work-life balance of all our team at CRASH Services.

Michelle continues to be involved in mentoring for the 4-day week pilot both in Ireland and globally.

Outside Work
Michelle is a busy mum to three young children.  A keen runner taking part in events annually including the Belfast Marathon relays with the team at CRASH Services allowing us to raise money for our chosen charity.
