As Operations Director at CRASH Services, Michelle provides leadership and management on the day-to-day business operations to ensure the company mission and vision is met. Michelle combines her excellent organisational and leadership abilities with extensive operations management experience to contribute to strategic business planning and works closely with all department leaders to ensure collaboration and develop effective and efficient procedures for CRASH.
Having worked in the Human Resources and Operations team at CRASH Services and JMK Solicitors for over 14 years, Michelle has been instrumental in developing and implementing our 4-day working week which all the team at CRASH Services benefit from. A 4-day working week with full pay and benefits has enhanced the work-life balance of all our team at CRASH Services. Michelle also continues to be involved in mentoring for the 4-day week pilot both in Ireland and globally.
Michelle gained her education at the University of Ulster and Queen’s University Belfast, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2007, following this Michelle worked in both commercial and general practice law.
Moving away from law, Michelle’s interest in business and management lead her to a number of roles, including Head of Human Resources and Operations for the last number of years at CRASH Services. Michelle also gained a significant HR accreditation in 2021 becoming a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
