Michelle has worked in CRASH for 15 years, starting in the claims department and progressing through to her role as Quality and Compliance Manager over 6 years ago. Her experience in claims has greatly benefited her in understanding the core of the business and in particular the company’s strong focus and importance in delivering excellent customer service to every single customer.
Michelle ensures the ISO quality management system achieved by the company over 10 years ago is not only maintained but utilised fully, regularly conducting internal audits and process reviews to see if there is opportunity for improvement across the business. The ISO Quality Standard is a reflection of the companies good practices and commitment to customer care.
Michelle is also the Data Protection Officer for the company and ensures compliance with GDPR.
