Mariessa joined CRASH Services in 2008 as a Receptionist and has since progressed into the Claims Department as a Senior Claims Handler where she manages clients who are going through a very upsetting and stressful experience. She aims to make the situation as pleasant and hassle-free as possible and to ensure the customer gets their full entitlement.
