Louise deals with customer calls out-of-hours, facilitating our customers with assistance after an accident in the evenings and weekends. As well as dealing with new customer calls, Louise also liaises with existing customers that aren’t available during the standard 9-5 working hours, reassuring them that we are available to help no matter what time of the day or night.
