Joe has been part of the IT team at CRASH Services since 2014 and was promoted to the role of IT Team Leader in December 2022.
As a network administrator and phone system administrator, Joe possesses comprehensive knowledge and expertise in managing and optimising digital infrastructure. He is the go-to person for resolving complex technical issues and ensuring smooth operations throughout the organisation.
Joe plays a pivotal role in maintaining connectivity and productivity across CRASH Services. He visits all sites on a regular basis, providing on-site support and fostering a strong rapport with colleagues in different locations.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Networking. Additionally, Joe is certified in PAT testing.
