Irene joined CRASH Services in May 2018 as part of our reception team. She is the first point of contact for many of our customers, by phone or in person and also carries out a variety of administrative tasks to assist our wider team.

Irene enjoys assisting customers with any queries they have and passing them to the relevant claims handler. She recognises that customers are often going through a stressful and upsetting time when they contact us and she reassures them that we are happy to help in any way we can. Irene also enjoys the team environment at CRASH Services, which ensures an enjoyable and friendly workplace.
