Charlene McParland

Charlene joined our claims team in February 2020 as a trainee claims handler. She assists team members in the department, dealing with customer calls and administrative tasks. She provides excellent customer service through dealing with customers in a professional and confident manner, and providing reassurance during a stressful time.
