“Living in a border area in County Fermanagh, I cross into the Republic of Ireland multiple times per week. One Friday evening whilst standing in a local takeaway in County Monaghan with my car parked outside, I heard a loud bang and realised that someone had crashed into my car. The other driver had impacted the rear end of my car, when braking suddenly at speed, which caused significant damage to the rear bumper.

My daughter recommended that I contact CRASH Services and I phoned them straight away. They were so helpful. My priority was having access to a vehicle and very swiftly they brought my vehicle to a recommended repairer and sorted me out with a replacement car while my car was being fixed.

Using CRASH Services saved me the hassle of dealing with multiple people, I spoke with one person in CRASH who organised everything for me, dealt with my insurance company, and ensured that my car was repaired to a high standard. I received regular updates on my case, and receiving a replacement car so quickly allowed me to go about my business as normal.

I would definitely recommend CRASH Services to other friends and family, from the moment I got in touch with them they took the stress away from the accident and the aftermath, it was taken out of my hands, and I was well looked after.”
