During the accident, I had hit my head and for a period of time I was out of it. I remember coming home from the hospital and suddenly a new truck arrived here, a replacement pickup truck, which was better than the one I was using, I was very impressed, I think it had 12 miles on it, a beautiful vehicle sitting at the door.

You don’t want to have to do anything, you know, I wasn’t in a fit state to do anything. CRASH organised even the garage where the repair would take place and I think it took a couple weeks for my vehicle to be properly repaired and in that time I had the vehicle that CRASH supplied and then there was no difficulty in handing it over, all I did was leave the vehicle at the repairers.
I would absolutely recommend CRASH, yeah, absolutely. The service was, and I have to use the word again, flawless. No problem at all, everything was done for me and as I say, at a time like that, when you’re not feeling well, when you’ve had difficulties, it’s great to have someone just come in, take the burden off you and provide the service that you need, and they did it in a very efficient and professional way.”
