CRASH, Northern Ireland’s leading Accident Services provider, has signed a major contract with Renault UK which will see the company offering accident support services to Renault drivers in Northern Ireland.
The new agreement means that anyone who owns a Renault will receive free accident support services if they are ever involved in an accident.
The services offered by CRASH includes first notification of loss, repair, roadside recovery and the provision of a replacement vehicle as well as liaison with all parties involved. All repairs will be carried out by a Renault Approved Accident Repair Centre, using genuine Renault parts and will provide customers with a 5 Year Repair Guarantee, to ensure a fully branded Renault UK experience following an accident.

With an estimated 10% of drivers being involved in accidents every year, it’s important to us that we offer a reliable and trusted accident support service in order to improve retention and deliver a better customer experience. We have noticed a significant increase in Renault drivers registering for the scheme in case they ever need our help. Also the number of clients using the service has increased as motorists look to have their vehicle’s repaired to manufacturer standard.
