The prominent site on the Culmore Road opened in September 2019, creating five new local jobs.
A quarter of a century helping Northern Ireland motorists
In the last 24 years, CRASH Services has helped over 100,000 local motorists after an accident, taking away the hassle and helping to get them back on the road quickly after an accident.

Hugely successful first year in the city

Vehicle Repair Estimating service in Derry/Londonderry
CRASH is best known for their non-fault service to motorists, where they work with an established panel of independent engineers. But their estimating service has also proved a massive help to body shop repairers and their customers.
The full repair estimating service package includes preparation of a comprehensive computerised estimate, providing manufacturer repair method research information and negotiations with an insurer’s appointed engineer if required. Vehicle valuation data can also be provided. This all ensures that the customer can be assured that their vehicle will be repaired properly after an accident.
CRASH Services last year added to their in-house repair estimating team with the appointment of Sean McLaughlin who has a long and successful history in the vehicle repair sector stretching over three decades.
Sean’s main aim is to support independent car body repair shops. “Repairers need to get properly paid for each job so they can continue to invest in staff and equipment, so that their local customers can be sure of getting a high level of service.” he explained.
This estimating service aims to ensure that repairers receive the right labour hours, rate, paint and materials, plus all specialist charges and obtain the correct parts prices from the customer’s insurer to put the vehicle back in its pre-accident condition. Sean has been a real asset to our new branch in the North West, he carries out desk-based estimating and on-site inspection at the request of the repairer, usually within 24 hours.
